Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Hustle Pay services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Introduction

Welcome to Hustle, a smart, secure, and scalable payments and collections platform tailored for modern businesses and professionals.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of our services. By accessing Hustle, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable service terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Hustle platform. By using our service, you have agreed to terms herein.

Who We Are

Hustle is operated by Tranzfar Ltd, a UK-based company registered with 10500364 and partnered with an authorised provider to offer regulated payment services.

We provide infrastructure to facilitate collections, payouts, and payment orchestration, combining technology, compliance, and convenience.

Our Services

We provide the following core services to Hustle users:

Collections

  • Generation of unique virtual account numbers for customer payments
  • GBP collections via Faster Payments and BACS
  • EUR collections via SEPA (where applicable)
  • Card payments (Visa, MasterCard) via third-party acquiring
  • QR code and payment link generation for invoicing

Payouts and Disbursements

  • Bulk or single payments to suppliers, partners, or customers
  • Bank transfers to UK (FPS), EU (SEPA), or international (SWIFT) destinations
  • Scheduled or rule-based payouts
  • FX conversion on-the-fly for cross-border disbursements

Wallet Services

  • Each business has a secure multi-currency wallet
  • Real-time balances and transaction history
  • Ledger of inward and outward flows
  • Downloadable reports for reconciliation

Payment Orchestration

  • Routing logic to optimise the cost and speed of settlement
  • Integration with third-party gateways or processors
  • API suite for developers and platform partners

User Eligibility

To register and operate a Hustle account, you must:

  • Be a registered company, sole trader, or freelancer with a valid business activity
  • Complete Know Your Business (KYB) and Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding
  • Provide valid identification and proof of business registration
  • Be compliant with applicable AML/CFT regulations

We reserve the right to decline applications based on risk assessment, industry type, or incomplete documentation.

Prohibited Uses

You shall not use Hustle for:

  • Unlicensed financial services or crypto exchanges
  • High-risk activities (e.g., adult content, weapons, gambling) unless specifically approved
  • Laundering proceeds of crime or layering transactions
  • Transactions to or from sanctioned entities or jurisdictions
  • Misuse of accounts for personal remittance or nominee arrangements

Breaches may result in immediate suspension, termination, and reporting to regulatory authorities.

Fees and Pricing

Pricing Model

Our fees are transparently stated in your onboarding pack or commercial agreement and may include:

  • A percentage (%) fee per successful collection or disbursement
  • Fixed fee for international payments
  • Monthly platform access or account maintenance charge
  • Card processing fees passed from acquiring partners

Fee Deduction

Fees are deducted automatically from your wallet or at settlement, depending on the agreement. VAT may apply.

You will always have access to an itemised breakdown.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. This includes:

  • Managing user permissions within your team
  • Using 2FA and strong passwords
  • Monitoring suspicious activity
  • Reporting any unauthorised access immediately

We implement bank-grade encryption, ISO27001-grade infrastructure, and continuous monitoring. But you also play a part, security is a shared responsibility.

Funds Holding and Safeguarding

Client Money

Funds collected or held on your behalf may be safeguarded under Electronic Money Regulations (EMRs), depending on the licensed provider backing Hustle's infrastructure.

We will disclose who the regulated safeguarding partner is upon account activation.

Not a Deposit Account

Hustle is not a bank. We do not offer interest, credit, or deposit protection under FSCS. Funds are safeguarded, not insured.

Settlement and Payout Times

  • UK payments (FPS): typically within 1 hour
  • EU payments (SEPA): within 1 business day
  • SWIFT payments: up to 3 business days, depending on destination
  • Card settlements: typically T+2, but may vary

All timings are subject to anti-fraud checks, third-party processing times, and cut-off hours.

Reversals, Refunds, and Disputes

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring payment details are correct before submission
  • Resolving disputes directly with your customers
  • Notifying us of any erroneous payments promptly

Card chargebacks are governed by the relevant scheme rules (Visa, MasterCard). Excessive disputes may lead to account restrictions.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For non-compliance with these Terms
  • For suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • If requested by law enforcement or a regulator
  • If dormant or inactive for an extended period

We will provide notice unless legally restricted from doing so. Funds may be withheld temporarily for risk review or returned subject to due diligence.

Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

We will only process your business and customer data to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Satisfy regulatory obligations (e.g., AML, record-keeping)
  • Contact you with operational or legal updates

We will never sell or share your data without consent, except where legally required.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, reputational damage)
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect user input, third-party networks, or force majeure

Our total liability is capped at the total fees paid by you in the last 6 months.

Complaints

If you are unhappy, we want to fix it.

You can submit a complaint via the support centre or by emailing ask@tranzfar.com. If your complaint involves a regulated partner (e.g., EMI), you may be referred to their complaints process.

Regulated users may also escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service, where applicable.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect:

  • Regulatory changes
  • New product features
  • Updates to our legal obligations

We'll give you at least 14 days' notice (unless urgent) via email or your account dashboard.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
